Whoop Dee Doo!

Finally, here is proof that "progressives" are pushing back those evil conservatives from hurting our nation's young ones. It seems the nation's premier flight school is no place for the evil conservatives. After all, it would be terrible, if all of our nation's pilots were on the side of that warmonger GWB. All kidding aside, I doubt too many pilots, once out in the real world, will fall in line with the "progressives." Why? Well, aviation careers tend to promote a more conservative mindset. Either the pilots will go into the military (not many "progressives" there), own and fly his/her own aircraft (did you ever see the list of laws passed by the government, not to mention the taxes paid), work for an airline (oh yeah, a lot of high wage earners love the "progressive" tax code...it seems so far).

Like many things in today's world, the government intrudes far too much. Although the conservatives are terrible managers of the people's wealth, the "progressives" are far worse. General aviation is a highly regulated field. One thing we can all agree on is that "progressives" have no problem regulating some more. I think the DNC is very excited about this "in road" due to the debate on liberal college professors. Personally, I do not have a problem with liberal college professors. Many of us tend to lean liberal in college. However, many of us grow up and realize liberals are just plain wrong. We have an epiphany that no matter what a liberal says, life is not nor cannot be fair. All of the government intervention and feel good policies will not change that.

I distinctly remember, when I became a conservative. I was a typical poor college student. My usual diet consisted of Ramen Noodles, spaghetti noodles and Ragu. As I was in the line to check out at a grocery store, a young guy wearing nice clothes, gold hanging off his wrists paid for his bountiful food with food stamps. That was when I decided the system was broken and never to be repaired.
